Welcome to our property.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to respect the neighborhood, please take a moment to read the following house rules.
1) Occupancy
The property is reserved exclusively for guests declared in the booking.
Any additional guest must be approved in advance.
Visitors are allowed during the day in reasonable numbers but are not permitted to stay overnight.
2) Noise & Neighborhood
Please respect the peace and quiet of the residence, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Parties, events, and loud gatherings are not allowed.
3) Use of the Property
The property is intended for short-term residential use only.
It may not be used for commercial activities, professional purposes, filming, or photoshoots without prior approval.
No modifications to the property or furniture are allowed.
4) Security & Access
Please lock the property whenever you leave.
In case of early departure, ensure that all shutters are closed.
5) Parking
A private garage is available, as well as visitor parking spaces in the underground area (reasonable use).
Please do not block access to the garage.
Garage doors must remain closed when not in use (building regulations).
6) Waste & Recycling
A waste disposal room is located on level -1 (opposite the private garage).
Please follow recycling guidelines and do not leave trash outside designated areas.
7) Smoking, Vaping & Substances
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property, garage, and common areas.
Any odor or damage caused by smoking may result in additional cleaning fees.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
8) Pets
Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval has been given by the hosts.
9) Damages & Responsibility
Guests are responsible for the property and its contents during their stay.
Any damage, loss, or breakage may be charged accordingly.
Fixed fees in case of loss:

10) Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Times may be adjusted upon prior request and availability.
Please inform us of your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
11) Amenities
For your comfort, the property includes:

Basic supplies (salt, pepper, tea, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels)

One bottle of water per guest
NOT Available for the moment :

Baby crib (travel cot)

Booster seat

Baby tableware
Travel cot
The travel cot is provided with its original mattress only.
For safety reasons, no additional mattress should be added.
Use of the cot is under the full responsibility of the parents or guardians.

12) Respect
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property, the neighborhood, and communication with the hosts.
Any inappropriate or aggressive behavior may result in termination of the stay.
13) Personal Belongings
Hosts are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
14) Booking Compliance
The number of guests must match the booking.
In case of discrepancy, we reserve the right to refuse access in accordance with Airbnb policies.

16) Internet Use
The internet connection must be used in accordance with applicable laws.
Illegal downloading is strictly prohibited.
17) Late Check-out
Unauthorized late check-out may result in additional fees to avoid disruption for incoming guests.
